INDIVIDUAL MASSAGE

Relaxation (Swedish) Massage - This classic massage treatment incorporates long, flowing strokes and light to medium pressure. Your session will address such issues as stress, tension and mild to moderate muscle discomfort. Swedish massage if often recommended for first time massage clients.
½ Hour - $40; 1 Hour - $60, 1 ½ Hour - $90, 2 Hours - $120

Deep Tissue Massage - The therapist will apply more pressure to alleviate tension in your muscles, often with knuckles or elbows to reach deeper muscle layers and reverse chronic pain and tension. While deep tissue massage can be somewhat uncomfortable at times, the therapist will warm the muscles before going into deeper fibers. Proper techniques can minimize any soreness that might occur.
½ Hour - $40; 1 Hour - $60, 1 ½ Hour - $90, 2 Hours - $120

Neuromuscular Therapy - This type of massage is muscle specific therapy and is used to treat people with severe muscle pain often due to injuries or after an accident (aka “medical massage”). The therapist will use deep pressure to eliminate trigger points (painful nodules) in your muscles. Please remember that you may experience soreness the next day after your treatment. A series of weekly sessions may be needed.
½ Hour - $40; 1 Hour - $60, 1 ½ Hour - $90, 2 Hours - $120

Reiki - The gentle touch of Reiki balances your chakras and releases energy blockage. You will remain fully dressed and relax on a massage table while the therapist places her hands on your body in specific areas (mostly head, shoulders and back). Reiki works great for stress, anxiety and nervous tension.
½ Hour - $40; 1 Hour - $60, 1 ½ Hour - $90

CranioSacral Therapy - is a holistic practice that uses very light touch to balance the Cranio-Sacral system in the body which includes the bones, nerves, fluids and connective tissue of the cranium and spinal area. This therapy is said to be particularly useful for mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome, and for chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia. You will rest on a massage table and remain fully clothed.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™ “the deepest, most luxurious deep tissue massage on the planet”. Your therapist will use soft, clean feet while holding on two parallel ceiling bars for balance and support. The pressure will be deeper - minus the pain and discomfort! AOBT™ is great for anyone who enjoys deep pressure, and especially for large, muscular men and athletes. While it’s a more broad application, trigger points can be located and efficiently treated with AOBT™. Not appropriate for people with serious health conditions and pregnant women. Learn More!

Thai Yoga Massage - Often described as "lazy person's yoga", this interactive form of massage therapy is performed on a floor mat with the client wearing loose, comfortable clothes. Your session will involve stretching and flexing the body in yoga-like positions. The therapist will also use palm, thumb and feet pressure to relax your muscles. Great for runners, dancers or anyone who wants to relax and increase their range of motion. Thai massage feels relaxing and energizing at the same time. Learn More!

Thai massage - Erawan Style (Elephant walk)
Erawan healing practice comes from the hill tribes of Northern Thailand. This esoteric form of therapy is beneficial on its own and it is also used as an adjunct to the traditional method of Thai massage. The massage is done entirely with the feet of the practitioner. While the receiver lies on a mat on the floor, the practitioner stands to the side and presses the foot on and off the receiver’s body. The foot compressions can be applied gently or deeply to relax or energize the receiver.

Hot Stone Massage - Stone massage is a form of bodywork that involves the application of heated stones (thermotherapy) to the body. Some cold stones may be used as well. In addition to being heavenly relaxing, this type of massage is great for someone who does not like or cannot tolerate deep pressure. The heat from the stones radiates deeply into your muscles and relieves the tension. You will stay warm and relaxed for the rest of your day.

Pre-Natal Massage - Pre-Natal Massage. Enhance your special time with massage therapy! It helps with lower and upper back pain, fluid retention, fatigue and stress. You will be lying comfortably on your side or on a specially designed Body Support System for a relaxing Swedish massage. Before making an appointment, please check with your physician to make sure that massage is right for you.

SaBai Experience Massage
Sabai are hot compresses that have been used in Thailand for centuries as an integral part of traditional Thai medicine. Cotton bundles are filled with aromatic herbs and spices, heated up in a steamer and applied to the body. SaBai application is followed by relaxing Swedish aromatherapy massage.
1 ½ Hour - $120, 2 Hours - $150

Add Sabai Packs to any massage session:

SPECIALTY SERVICES AND COMBOS

Rainessence Reiki Massage - combines Reiki, Foot Reflexology and Hot Stone massage for a deeply relaxing experience. In addition, aromatherapy oils are first applied to your feet and then sprinkled along your spine. An hour long session will affect your body on several levels, balancing your chakras and restoring your energy. Please note: this is NOT a full body massage; most work will be performed on your back and neck.

Ashi Hot Stone Massage. NEW! An Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™ session will be followed by a relaxing hot stone massage. It will help to relax your muscles and remove metabolic waste from your tissues. Please make sure you give yourself plenty of time to rest after the session and drink lots of water. Not appropriate for people with serious health conditions or pregnant women.
1 ½ Hour - $125, 2 Hours - $150

Runner's Special - An hour long session combines Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™, Deep Tissue massage and Neuromuscular Therapy. Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™ will target tension in your large muscle groups such as hamstrings, glutes and quadriceps and then the therapist will work on the smaller muscles in your calves, shins and feet. Please do not book immediately before or after your running event.
1 Hour - $75

Back Saver - will target your upper body. Similar to Runner's Special, an hour long session will combine Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™ and regular deep tissue massage with Neuromuscular Therapy. First, deep foot pressure will be applied to your large back muscles. The therapist will use hands, elbows and knuckles to work on smaller muscles of your back and neck.

Duo/Couples Massage!* - A Swedish massage for two in a room with two tables and two therapists. Bring your sweetheart or bring a friend! Excellent for any occasion - anniversary, wedding, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day - or just because! Every Duo/Couples Massage includes a mini hot stone treatment. All clients under 18 must be physically accompanied by parent or legal guardian. We regret that we will not be able to provide a couples’ massage to clients under 18 years old, even with their parents’ consent. We reserve the right to check identification of each person appearing under 18 years of age.

Duo/Couples Thai Massage* - NEW! Enjoy a Thai Massage together. Your session will be done on a floor mat side by side by two massage therapists and will involve gentle compressions, range of motion movements and stretches. Corporate On Site Massage - Also known as chair massage, it's a convenient and inexpensive way to bring stress relief to your workplace. The client sits in an ergonomically designed massage chair and remains fully clothed. The 10-15 minute session targets back, neck and shoulders. Great or an employee or customer appreciation day, or on a regular basis to keep your staff relaxed and productive. Setup fee may apply. Also available at our office.

Reflexology is a form of acupressure, using the thumb and the fingers. When used properly it is a highly effective modality. The reflex correlating to the organ “mapped out”  is affected, and it sends electrical pulses to that organ to detoxify and cleanse itself of any congestion blocking the pathway to that organ. Reflexology increases circulation, relaxes tension and normalizes your body and all its functions. It helps your body eliminate and remove the toxins and it clears the way for the body to function properly without outside interference. Practitioners can relieve stress and pain in other parts of the body through the manipulation of the feet, hands, head and the entire body.1 hour - $60

Warm Paraffin Dip for Hands or Feet - A must for tired hands or feet! Warm paraffin relaxes and soothes tired muscles and improves joint flexibility. Available with any massage appointment for extra $10 per “pair”.

Foot Bliss
This 15 minute treatment is available with any massage session, and will include a paraffin dip and a foot massage, incorporating hot stones and essential oils. Please bring a pair of clean cotton socks to wear after your treatment - $25.

Dry Body Brushing
A technique to “brush over” the entire body to promote blood and lymph flow, stimulate the nervous system and increase the amount of oxygen in the tissue. Regular treatments may reduce appearance of cellulite. Can be done as an add-on to massage sessions or separately (30 min minimum)
