We are a small business and in order to keep our rates competitive, we ask you to kindly follow these guidelines when using or purchasing a gift certificate

All sales are final.

We regret that your gift certificate cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash.

Our gift certificates are sold for a specific service, not a dollar amount like department store gift cards.

If you would like to use your certificate for a different service, please discuss it with the therapist before making your appointment. Additional payment may be needed due to the difference in price. All gift certificates that have been donated to charities, silent auctions or raffles must be used for the service indicated on the certificate – no exceptions, please.

All our gift certificates are redeemable only from a certain practitioner.

As we are a group of independent massage therapists sharing the same location. The therapist’s name will be listed on your gift certificate. Please give us therapist’s name when booking your appointment and the gift certificate number. We keep flexible hours and we will be able to accommodate you at a time convenient for you!

Gift Certificates Are Not Interchangable

We are a group of independent therapists and though we share a facility our businesses are separate. Because each business is separate, gift certificates are specific to each individual therapist and are not interchangeable between therapists.

Gift certificates can be used only towards massage services.

Certificates cannot be used to purchase a retail product.

Our gift certificates are transferable.

If you decide not to use your gift certificate, you can give it to another person. We will be happy to issue a new one in your recipient’s name if you would like. To cover our printing costs, there is a $1.50 fee for this service.

Our gift certificates expire in 12 months.

If you are unable to use your certificate within this time period due to an illness, an extended trip or other circumstances, please contact us. Gift certificates that have been donated to charities expire in 6 months.

Please give us advance notice when booking your appointment.

We cannot guarantee same day appointments and we regret that walk ins cannot be accommodated.

When booking your appointment, please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to charge the full amount for appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance and your gift certificate will be void in case of a late cancellation or a “no-show”.
